Review:
This book completely changed my life. Eminently quotable, it offers concrete, actionable tools to help achieve exponential improvement in virtually any discipline. It is the book that I have gifted most to friends and family.

In a Nutshell:
Make desired habits easy, obvious, attractive, and satisfying. For example, if you want to become a runner, leave your running shoes in front of the door(obvious), set the bar super low at first and plan to run for only a few minutes (easy), reward yourself for running (satisfying) and have running partners to share the experience with (attractive).

Habits and behaviours stem first and foremost from our identity. The actions we take shape our identities. Small actions taken everyday turn us into the people we want to become.
